Returns of Carolina® Candle retail product must be taken care of at the store at which it was purchased.
All merchandise purchased from CarolinaCandleCo.com can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days from purchase date. Exception: Final Sale items off of the SALE page cannot be returned or exchanged.
Credits for returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Refunds can take 7 - 10 business days, once the credit has been requested.
To return an item, fill out the Return Form on your packing slip and enclose a message noting the reason for the return and enclose it with the product being returned. Please note, the returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If you no longer have your packing slip, click here to download a Return Form to complete - including your order number, mailing address and phone number, along with the item description, and include it with the return. Orders over $100 will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

For product that has arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number, to CustomerService@carolinacandleco.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order
